• Because Shannon is excellent at what she does. She listens and considers my opinion and tailors treatment to my individual needs. Front staff is always friendly and patient with scheduling as well. Most all of the staff I have encountered at Sugar have been warm and welcoming even during recent procedural changes with COVID.
