• Well only because I was scheduled with someone that wasn't my normal person that I go to for sugaring called in sick and there wasn't anyone else that I could reschedule with aside from 1 other person whom was already full. I also understood that things happen that are outside of our control so I understand which is why I gave the 9 out of 10. Otherwise I love coming to this establishment for my self pampering needs
