• Everytime I visit the service is great! There staff are very pleasant and nice. They do not hesitate to answer any questions or concerns. They provide all info regarding the service your are receiving before the service is provided. If a staff is not do good at something they do not hesitate to let you know, and get another staff who can if you don't want to do the service another way. For example I came in to get my eyebrows done. I inquired about threading, my staff lady made me aware that she's not so good with threading only. She waxes and do the threading for the clean up. In which I had the option to see someone else or continue on with her. I have never done the threading and only ever done waxing for my eyebrows so it worked just fine for me. But that let me know that the staff members are honest and upfront.
