• I had not such a great experience for my first time doing a Brazilian wax at another location and Nicole the manager at the Arcadia location offered two services free of charge to compensate for that. The Arcadia location is further away from my house but Nicole did such a great job I’m willing to make the drive. She makes you feel very comfortable and did a great job, not to mention I appreciate all efforts to make up when things don’t work so well in a business sometimes, it happens but it’s all about costumer service to make clients happy. Nicole is great!
