• I love doctor Jeffers. And am happy to have treatment completed there... But there have been a few times when applying discounts such as special pricing or credits have come up....and I've had to ASK to please receive the special...or even use my credit. Same thing this time. Even tho I asked ahead of time...can I please use my credit? And then again when I was readying to pay...she said yes, but rang up with out applying credit. Seriously its been a bit difficult to use the credit.. And why do I have to ask for special pricing when the are running a special? And once one of the girls behind counter chastised me over the pricing issue...and the nurse practitioner had to intervene on my behalf. Again I like the services offered and treatments have always been professional. The pricing/ check-out issue is awkward and annoying. And frankly kinda embarrassing when they're all standing behind counter staring at you. Just my experience tho. Thx. Christy
