• Well, the Woman who did the laser treatment on me was Courteous, Professional, Knowledgeable, & had me feeling Totally at ease & comfortable, which was a 10! But I gave a 9 only because the person was supposed to do the male Brazilian was out, & I wasn't informed prior.
