• I was completely satisfied, even delighted by the Services and by the staff. Nothing is ever perfect, but you guys were about as close as it gets. The only thing I can think of that would've been better is if I had been told that I was going to wait with the lidocaine wrap for over an hour. I was told it would be around 30 minutes and I thought I had been forgotten for a little while. But then Sahara came and explained that for my procedure it actually takes over an hour to get numb enough. That's all. Very minor. Extremely good job done by everybody!
