Love the ladies change room, decor, attention to detail, chocolates, massage chair and such. All the staff looked legitimately happy and were friendly. The equipment was new and nothing was out of service waiting for repair. The kids play care looks so fun and the time limit for child care is great. Not to mention the members lounge and coffee bar
