I love the high intensity of the classes that I take at SVAC the instructors always give different exercises to do if you want to push yourself that little bit extra, or modified exercises if you have an injury. The classes fit a wide range of fitness levels!

Excellent trainers ( a real variety), excellent classes (a real variety), love the options in terms of times of classes and days. I would have rated perfect score if the class sizes were a bit smaller in some cases. At times, the classes are too crowded, but on the flip side this speaks to how great the classes and trainers are. I think this athletic club is so great that I have been driving often from downtown Edmonton since June.
