We have not been able to make any kid classes at the studio but now we have the chance to do it from home- it has been a great option we can work in. My daughter was hesitant but once she had the class wants to know when the next one will be!
I had a lot of fun in both classes. They had a very positive vibe and it helped me zone out for a bit
Bc Lisa has awesome energy and led a comprehensive, fun and easy to follow (yet somehow complicated) class!
