It was my first time cycling this weekend & both the instructors I had were very outgoing which made the ride so much fun! The atmosphere of the place was amazing too!

All the instructors are great and super supportive pushing you to get through that next mountain or sprint. The Sweat Shop is always thinking of new ways to keep their old clients engaged while attracting new ones. They are ever present in the community, partnering with local businesses and highlighting new ones.
