Sara's class was so fun yesterday!!! Her upbeat attitude, thorough explanations, and technical coaching makes lifting fun. I haven't been able to make her class for a bit and attending this one reminded me of how much fun they are! Would definitely recommend to friends who want a great, sweaty, challenging workout.
