I attend the Drip and Drench classes and love them. More than I was expecting and don't even mind getting up early for the 6:00 AM classes. Riley is excellent. Her exercises seem to be carefully picked to really target as many big muscle groups as possible. My only feedback would be to provide an explanation for the muscles each exercise targets, any tips for the exercise, and I would like more feedback from Riley regarding my form.
