this was my first workout @ the sweat shop. it was a fun & tough workout with a great/ helpful instructor (good music playlist too), helpful front desk, clean studio.

Just visiting from Phoenix but the atmosphere and vibe are amazing!! Both Rachael and Bonnie are full of energy at 6 am which makes it so much easier to get up and go!!! Wish I was in town longer!! Thanks ladies!
