The instructor was fantastic. I have quite a few previous injuries that prohibit me from a lot of the activities/stations that were set up for the class. I asked about a small modification and hinted at a previous injury and she made sure for the rest of the class that I was alright and quickly came up with modifications that would work my body just as much as the original exercise without making me feel like I was wimping out. It was wonderful.
