Yes! The shop was understanding and accommodating when I was a few minutes late, they were friendly and welcoming, during the process my guy was communicative and collaborative. The procedure didn't hurt at all. I loved my results, the slight inputs I did have he made for me. I enjoyed interacting with my artist and felt he was kind courteous and professional. I also loved where the shop was located and the shop aesthetic. Everything was also very clean.
