I had no idea what to expect but hoped it would be alot of fun with some yoga stretches thrown in. It was all of that and so much more. Kate was a great instructor snd made it easy for me to follow the moves.

I love my reformer Pilates sessions. The stretch ad release sessions are so good as they focus on slow stretching to controlled breathing Both Toby (today) and Olly run these sessions and I love that they cater for different capabilities.
