Loved the aerial class I went to Took my daughter as well and Dayna was so patient with both of us. She was really supportive about trying new things and adapting the moves to suit while keeping the super flexible 10 year old challenged.

I like the variety in classes. I also like that the instructors are making sure you have correct technique and will tell you how to be in the best position. I also like that they give you options for hard and easy.
