The staff were super welcoming. They ensured I felt comfortable before starting and during the lesson Sammi checked in with both technique advice and positive feedback. The beginners class was well paced and provided a great strength workout. Will definitely book again. Thank you.

Had a great time trying something new. Only feedback would be that clearer communication around what socks are able to be used for aerial yoga would deliver a better experience. The welcome email with the instructions state that 'grip socks are essential' (and available fro purchase at The Loft). Got there, purchased them for $20 as they were 'essential' only to overhear another participant being told that any socks would be suitable. I had heaps of socks at home home however as 'grips socks were essential' I purchased a pair for $20 - and will likely never use them again. The socks were more expensive than the class! Not cool.
