Dayna's Restorative Yoga class was just what I needed last week. I had been feeling "wired" all day and hadn't been able to move away from the physical feelings of stress. The class helped me to shift this and I went home and had a great nights sleep. Dayna guided us into that space of rest and peace, and the stretching was so good.

Aerial yoga is AMAZING!!! and the instructor Dayna was absolutely delightful! So charismatic, welcoming and just made us feel so welcomed and was also super helpful.
