Vanessa is excellent, a great stretcher and trainer. She has changed my life, I would almost say, saved my life by freeing my hips up. I was three years post double surgery and was frozen up and in pain daily. She started stretching me with Facia Stretch Therapy and I can't believe the change it has made in my life.
