• Good leaders, good variety of workouts, good counter service, good virtual classes and very clean. My only complaint - terrible parking.

• Staff is wonderful, always ready to help if needed. Although all instructors are super, I do have my favourite as the exercises she gives suit my body/age. I do miss the studio and it’s positive vibes, but I truly love the virtual classes so I can exercise with my furry friends by my side 🥰
