• The service was exceptional for the most part! I was with Gina who was practicing her craft. She was very kind and welcoming. I know she was focused on doing all the right things - the one thing I would say is that sharing what phase of the lash process she was in would have been helpful. At one point she was (i believe) combing my lashes onto the rod to curl them) but it seemed to take a very long time / I was unsure how far along in the process we were. Other than that bit of discomfort - it was a great service. I will for sure be looking to have a repeat service for when I need another lash lift & tint
