• Appointment time change at the last minute. After that... I won't be asking if you'd rate me that day 🤔. It wasn't my finest. Natalie, is a true professional and the mission was accomplished. Will call tomorrow. To book brows 2 weeks after Sept. 25th injections.

• I have always feel like Sophia listens to my requests and if what I want is not possible she explains why in a kind and professional manner. She is on time and even topped up my parking meter with the free 15 minutes for me when I didn't schedule enough time! She's very knowledgeable and cares if my lashes are retained between appointments.
