• Sophia took the time to hear my concerns from my first appointment at the new location and noticed that my lashes have changed since I last visited 3 months earlier. She recognized this and adjusted her plan to give me a beautiful lash lift. She also went out of her way to assist me with the parking situation to ensure I wouldn't be given a ticket as I had forgotten my credit card at home and there were no more outside meters
