It was my very first time and the instructor made sure to make me feel welcome and not lost. I felt comfortable as I struggled and everyone was very kind and understanding.
The studio, instructors & other clients are welcoming to everyone regardless of age or body-type. I appreciate the different types & levels of courses.

All the instructions I've had they bring such a great energy to their class. Positive atmosphere. I love the positive message on the whiteboard in the hallway and inside the studio and I always feel better when I'm leaving mentally and physically, and the community is amazing as well.
