The staff is the best! Tyla, Devon, and Sarah are my favorite instructors and they do such an amazing job every time! The classes are challenging but doable and I enjoy them so much! The relaxation at the end is so helpful and it sets the tone for the day! Overall, I'm so glad I have chosen Studio Joy as my Pilates studio🫶🏼
