Everyone was so welcoming and I really loved Allison! She was so quick to introduce herself and give me a little run down on how the reformer worked before class! She helped calm my nerves and encourage me all class long! It was so fun and I felt challenged but relaxed at the same time! She's a great teacher!
I love it there!!! Always a great workout and love the people!
