I always love the atmosphere and each trainer is amazing!
I love that there are classes throughout the entire day. I love that the classes can be modified to increase or decrease the difficulty. The instructors are passionate about what they do and they work with everyone in the class.
Wonderful instructors and a welcoming place that feels like a sanctuary!
