The yogaretreat day was fantastic and the teacher was very good.
It was a holistic experience with mental, physical and spiritual touch that recharged my batteries and gave support and courage to what is ahead of me. And a lovely sense of community with other participants. It was led with experience, inspiration and love.
My first impression of Studio Frid was a feeling of being taken well care of and of belonging. The yoga class was great and the time just flow away.
