• The first time I visited the salon, I hadn’t straightened my hair in a year. I was very afraid that there would be heat damage having had a horrible experience at another salon in the city. Ngina made me feel comfortable and informed of each step in the process. I’m happy to report that my hair reverted with no heat damage. Ngina and her assistants really know what they’re doing! I will be back again.
