• The staff was polite, efficient and helpful throughout my process. The woman who shampooed me was kind, gentle and very respectful. We had a delightful chat that helped me calm down and get comfortable and relaxed. I wish I had asked her name. I was in a rush that day and she could tell...I rushed so much that I failed to ask her name. My stylist, Octavia, was excellent. While styling my hair she discussed protective style options that would help me get through the harsh winter months. The receptionist helped me get some quotes for potential future styles and she scheduled me for my next appointment. My entire experience lasted slightly over an hour -- that's super quick for a full wash, deep condition, trim and style. Thx to the whole Studio Chique team!
