• After my 1st visit 4 weeks prior, with same person, my expectation of identical results was not met. Although my hair turned out nice still, the texture looked and felt very different. At end of the day, I wasn't completely dissatisfied by any means, but again I didn't get the silky texture that I received the first time. We discussed the issue and have a clearer path for my next visit. I'm sure my 9 will turn to 10 after my visit.
