• I rated my experience a 10 out of 10 because of the great customer service I received, efficiency, and the atmosphere. My stylist, Claire, was AMAZING. She is very kind and I love that took her time with my hair. I didn't feel rushed to get out of her chair so she could get to the next client like most stylists do. She was also very patient with me, as I asked a million questions about my hair lol. And overall she did an excellent job on my hair. Her work speaks for itself. I have not stopped getting compliments on my hair since I left the shop.

• I've been coming to this studio since 2015 and almost everything was great this visit except for the detangling process of my hair. The assistant did not do a good job.
