• The customer service could be a bit better. This time I came to the salon, I had to wait a bit at the front desk before I was serviced. In my experience, at most salons, there is a person at the front desk at all times and if not, only a few seconds away. In this instance, I stood at the front desk for a few minutes, waiting.
