• The blow dry assistant was sidetracked, having personal conversation on the phone & I was sprayed with windex while they were cleaning up (rushing)

• All of the assistants were polite and helpful. Ashanti did an exceptionally well job training another assistant on the process. There was a mixup with my appointment but it was corrected in the end.
