• The expertise & attitude of the stylist who I use. (Main reason) Then the absolute loveliness of the salon. Your prices are rather high & often no one mans the phone but the pluses outweigh these negatives. I changed from a former salon based on several recommendations from friends who use your services & my switching was based on their saying the operator I chose was excellent for short hair-which proved to be true. She listens!
