• I don't have another studio to compare it to. That said, everyone was super welcoming. I didn't feel like I needed to be an expert or perfect to walk in to the studio. That's important to me. I was upfront about it being my first class. I would have loved a bit more feedback on my form while on the machines. There were times I wasn't totally sure if my body was in the correct position until I Inquired. It was a great class and I am feeling it today (in a good way!)
