Absolutely love the Studio!!!! Being back in the office has limited my ability to go to the gym in person, but I am so thankful for 573 OnDemand!! The live classes still keep me accountable and the replays allow me to work out at home anytime I can squeeze a workout in! And they are not any easier...I end the workouts feeling just as good & just as sweaty!
