I was just at a very beginner level, and even though it kept being said to go at our own pace, I just felt like I couldn't keep up and it was overwhelming.

Studio 573 is the best gym I've been to. The classes are outstanding and varied, and the instructors are top notch and professional. I also appreciate the fact that though I am the oldest member no one acts like I am and yet I know I can modify if I need to.
