Allison is an amazing Pilates instructor! She is extremely knowledgeable about the body in general, and applies that to each individual student. Allison offers options for people with particular issues like pain or movement limitations. In addition she has a great sense of humor and classes are always fun!
Allison is always on time. Her zoom works consistently. She is always prepared and offers a wide selection of classes. I appreciate that she pays attention to each student individually. I don't feel like I'm anonymous. She notices what I'm doing right and wrong. Best of all, I like her warm and caring personality and excellent cues throughout the classes. That helps so much because often I'm not sure if I'm doing an exercise correctly. Allison demonstrates AND cues the class. I also appreciate the cues because I don't have to constantly crane my neck to follow her. It's wonderful to attend her classes because they are always fun and upbeat. I feel lucky to be able to have her as an instructor.
Alison is a great Pilates instructor! Studio is lovely. Zoom classes have been great.
