I loved the pace and level the class was taught at; there were poses from beginner level to experienced. The class was enjoyable and challenging at the same time. The people in the class were also friendly. I'll definitely be back soon!
We felt very welcome even though it was clearly an advanced class. Missy has a good sense of humor and articulates the movements very well.
Loved the class, great atmosphere and the studio smelled good too 😊
