Mel is great! Awesome cut, fast and efficient. The front desk and greeting could use some work but all the hair dressers seem great.

I choose 10 because I was overall super impressed with the service, only issue was this time they did not wash my little girls hair prior to cut, but thelast time they did! Which I really enjoyed her getting such special treatment last time
