• I always feel the customer is their number 1 priority. I had lowlights done for the first time and I was very apprehensive. Natalie came up with a strategy. She said because it was my first time we could do a bit with nothing drastic and if I felt I wanted a little more I could come back and have more done. As it turned out I did want a little for depth and we did it. It looks amazing. I am very happy with the final results.
