• I actually might need to change that to a 9. I love you guys and I always have the best work done on me, but I was a little frustrated that your cancellation policy is 100% payment. I feel like that's a little harsh. Even $15 is doable because things come up in peoples lives and they have to cancel even if they don't want to. Thank you!
