• Structura is getting the muscles pulling in the right way for me to stand stable and sit comfortably. I've been recovering from a herniated disc and pinched nerve. The professionals here have really helped to release what muscles were pinching that prevented me from simple movements like putting on socks. This is my second time pinching the nerve and took longer to resolve than the first. Eventually I had the right combination of things to get much better.
