• This has been so helpful! I went to an orthopedic dr for hip pain. He told me I had some arthritis and he could inject it one time if I was going on a big hiking trip or something. Other than that, when I was ready, I could come back and have a hip replacement. I was 50 yeas old - not ready for hip replacement. It hasn't been an overnight fix, but I have no more pain in the hip or all the other aches and pains I was also having!
