• I've been trying to heal from some health stuff that blew up my hands and knees for 4 years now. I kept telling doctors that I thought it was heavily based on biomechanical issues and muscle imbalances. Most them disagreed. So many meds (including for arthritis and auto-immune conditions). But the problems didn't resolved, even with meds. So I learned about fascia, one of the most misunderstood parts of our anatomy but had no idea how to get the help I was realising I was needing. And then I spoke to a friend who was getting work done on her own body at Structura. And by and large, this has been one of the most crucial pieces of the puzzle, helping not only my body, but my understanding of what my body is needing from me between sessions. Working with Nova has gotten me closest to healing and finally getting my life back!! I've even told my rheumatologist to send her patients to Structura to get the help they need. It's easy to give up hope and think this is just the price we pay getting older or having such or such condition. But this has proven to me that it doesn't have to be. That a lot of what is keeping of from getting out from under pain, stiffness, and losing our full mobility can be improved with fascia therapy. It's a key part in me finally getting my body back in balance. Had doctors better understood how connected our bodies are and how fascia really works, my journey could have been must shorter. But I'm grateful to my friend who sent me to Structura, and for the awesome therapy Nova has given me!
