• Nova was willing to jump in and help to take care of the client instead of blaming others and complaining she just said, "If you don't mind, I will help you." She was completely professional and her skills were beyond expectations for my sore shoulder and arm. If possible please reschedule her for two weeks out. 8am instead of 10 on Saturday the 10th.
