• My stretch surpassed all of my expectations. I expected to be in pain. I was so relaxed that it took effort not to fall asleep. Felicia was very warm and knowledgeable. She told me about all of my tight areas and demonstrated stretches to do at home to help improve my flexibility. I would highly recommend this stretch to anyone whether you are an athlete or someone just looking for more range of motion. Thanks again StretchWorkZ 😀

• Had an morning session at stretch zone and later that day I was riding my bicycle and fell off it. And when I fell off the bicycle my leg bent backwards. Theonly reason why I fell I wasn't injured because of the morning session at stretch zone.
